Returns and Refunds

 

Exchange or return for store credit within two weeks of purchase.  The original receipt or a gift receipt must be presented.  

Items purchased as holiday gifts can be exchanged until January 14th, 2027

WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PURCHASES , it is only Store Credit 


We hope you love your order but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as planned.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or store credit.

Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items returned after 30 days.

To make a return, contact us to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or you may not be eligible for a full store credit.

 We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a store credit without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

We cannot accept returns shipped without a return authorization number.
